Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust has undergone more than just a change in leadership, name and logo. Our core purpose of improving the life chances of all children and young people through the provision of a high-quality education remains. But there’s more.
As well as leading our Trust, we understand our responsibility to the region as a whole. We intend to make a difference to the life chances of young people across our region, and we know this will only be realised by engaging with other education and community providers.
We are keen to collaborate and learn from others in the sector and share expertise and resources with schools, trusts and the wider community.

Our Family of Academies
Collaborating With Us
While our academies are independent, it is important to share good practice and collaborate to support each other and discuss ideas. Principals meet regularly to discuss topical issues. This is a chance to share and confide in a safe space.
We have developed a culture where we share our thoughts and beliefs in a mutually respectful environment. We do not operate on a ‘one-size fits all’ basis, which has allowed our academies to develop in their own ways. Principals regularly share good practice and the achievements of their colleagues.

The reasons are numerous but, put simply, we ask our Principals to focus on school improvement and our core team looks after other matters.
We pride ourselves on good quality, centralised services that make the difficult job of running a school a little easier.
